The Val Vert campsite in Berry, Indre, has its own restaurant in La Châtre, the Val Verre. Depending on your mood, you can enjoy your meal indoors or on the terrace. Our menu features gourmet dishes, with a focus on local, seasonal produce: charcuterie and cheese boards, vegetarian options, salads, pasta, meat and fish… and a children’s menu for younger guests.

Open every evening from 7pm on weekdays (except Tuesdays) and Sunday lunchtimes, Val Verre is also open in the morning to start the day with a hot or cold drink. A bread and pastry delivery service means you can place your order the day before and devour it on the spot, or take it away the next day.

And for those who often feel a little hungry in the afternoon, the restaurant bar offers ice creams, coffees, drinks and snacks from 4pm. Enough to fill your belly without leaving the campsite…

Theme meals, group events and customized services

The Val Verre regularly offers themed meals to bring a new freshness to the menu. In high season, we invite you to join us once a week to discover our surprise menu. It’s a way of varying the pleasures and keeping the friendly atmosphere alive.

During the Low season, the restaurant in La Châtre is happy to welcome groups and offer them a service to suit their wishes. We’ll be happy to work with you to devise a quality formula.
